Salary: Minimum 40,000/- per month

Job Description:

Jers Engineering Services, in collaboration with UNICEF Balochistan is looking for qualified applicants to be recruited for Third Party FieldMonitoring Project for the following positions.

The Field Monitor will be responsible for monitoring of various ongoing activities under UNICEF regular program and report on activities to Field Coordinator.

In addition to the fixed line, the Field Monitor may also be required to work with multiple tasks on different assignments.

1. The field monitors will be deployed in field in form of teams with each team comprising preferably a male and a female member. Each team will be allocated a geographic area for working in consultation with supervisor for this assignment.However, each of the field monitor can be asked to work in any district in the Baluchistan province.

2. Conduct regular field visits to various interventions funded by UNICEF in different sector (Health, Nutrition, Child Protection, Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) and Education).FMs will spend around 90% of their time in the field.

3. Keep close contact with Filed Coordinator and take program of field visits from him

4. Field Monitor will follow the checklists prepared in coordination with UNICEF, and will report back weekly (or as agreed with UNICEF PMER unit) to Reporting Officer and Field Coordinator with findings, as per the approved schedule of reporting and field visits.

5. Field Monitor will not be permanently district / program restricted and will move across the districts as and when required, according to the need of the program.

6. The key output of field monitoring will be duly filled checklists that will be shared with related Programme staff for review and follow up. Field Monitor will also arrange video and audio recording of key events in the field, evidences of development interventions, gaps/issues in the Programme activities and perceptions of the beneficiaries and key stakeholders regarding the overall Programme.

7. Field Monitor will religiously follow the given checklist in their full honesty and will not interfere in any financial checks / transactions of the Implementing Partner in the field.

8. In addition to the fixed line, the Field Monitor may also be required to work with multiple tasks on different assignments.

9. Supervise processing of qualitative and quantitative data. Tabulate and code the data to provide substantive analysis related to defined research/evaluation questions

10. Assist in setting up result framework and logical framework for different projects.

11. Use best practices for data collection.

12. Provide gaps/ success finding and lessons learned and provide good quality research products to clients for the betterment of project.
